Certified Approvers are required to complete continuing education hours each fiscal year to maintain eligibility status. Please use the below form to record completion of attendance at training events (on or off-campus), CoP discussion group, and/or work on U of M committees/teams. This information will be automatically sent to RCO.

All reports of attendance must be submitted within 60 days of completion (excludes discussion board posts) or by end of fiscal year, whichever is soonest.

*CAAC-sponsored continuing education events and the Sponsored Project Symposium do not need to be reported here.*
