CYC is a youth conference in Pigeon Forge, TN. In a typical year ten thousand students from across American join for a weekend of worship, study, and fellowship. However, this year CYC has cut their registration in half. We have secured 60 tickets for the event, therefore space is limited. The first sixty to sign-up and place a security deposit of $30 will be able to attend the conference with us. Your spot is NOT secured UNTIL your $30 deposit has been paid. Due to COVID-19 the trip schedule will remain fluid. However, we do aim to provide a few options in order to be as safe and considerate as possible.

Option 1: Event registration and housing provided by Bartlett Woods ($100 per student or $375 for a family with four or more students).

Option 2: Event registration ONLY and housing arrangements made by YOUR family/approved and consented family. This option will include any provided meals by Bartlett Woods, but will not include you for church provided housing or transportation. ($50 per student of $200 for a family with four or more students).
