BEFORE the session:

1. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your microphone and camera work. Lessons cannot be completed without audio and visual.

2. Please join the session in a quiet location where you will not be distracted or be distracting to others.

DURING the session:

1. Please have a writing utensil and paper ready to use during the session. We also encourage you to have a folder, binder, or notebook where you can keep your notes in one place.

AFTER the session:

1. Homework is optional. If you choose to have homework, please make sure to complete it before the next session. This way you can make the most out of your session!
