We are beyond excited that you are interested in your child’s participation in the Columbia Local School Little Raiders Preschool.
We are looking forward to integrating preschool children without disabilities (Peer Models) into the classroom in order to provide role models in all areas of development for all of our students.
Student selection will be based on a combination of current students/families, order of application completed, child's age, screening and openings in our classrooms. Morning and afternoon preference CANNOT be guaranteed.
Families will be notified no later than Thursday April 11th, of acceptance, waitlist (if needed) and next steps.
Requirements for students to attend our preschool program as a peer model:
1. Must be a resident of Columbia Local Schools.
2. Must be at least 3 years of age prior to August 1, 2024 and less than 6 years of age by August 1, 2024.
3. Strong communication and social skills are preferred.
4. Must be completely toilet-trained by August 1, 2024
