All new students please schedule a free evaluation at https://www.almamaterstudio.org/book-an-evaluation after completing this form. Current Alma Mater students do not need the evaluation.  AS OF SEPTEMBER 13th, 2021 CLASSES WILL TAKE PLACE IN-PERSON AT THE STUDIO. ONLINE LEARNING WILL BE AVAILABLE  FOR PRIVATE LESSONS AND FOR SOME GROUP LESSONS UPON REQUEST. Fall 2021 semester: 9/13/21–12/5/2.  Please fill out separate forms for each sibling. Please choose how your child will attend classes
Please choose which classes you are interested in. "Russian Day" is our signature full immersion group program. It consists of a Russian language class and an art class taught in Russian. "Russian Day" includes 11 Russian classes AND 11 art classes per semester. It gives your child an option to take both Russian and Art in one day or break them up into two different days of the week. Tuition for the Russian Day includes a 30% discount. Private lessons are also available online or in-person at the studio. *
