Adoption/Partnership Interest Form
This form should be used for all organizations or individuals interested in partnering with KIPP Memphis Public Schools to allow a formal agreement and plan that will meet the needs of the students and families of our network. After completion of the form, you should receive communication within 3 business days from a team member in our communications department to schedule a partnership plan meeting to detail the goals, activities, date(s), and cost of the project (if applicable), and complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Partnership/Adoption Details
There are three ways to partner/adopt a school in the KIPP Memphis Public Schools Network:
  • School Adopter: An organization or individual that partners with one or two school(s) by providing resources and/or services at no cost during the school year.
  • Network Adopter: An organization or individual that provides a service, resource, or financial contribution which supports one or more strategic initiatives of KIPP Memphis Public Schools throughout the school year.
  • Sponsor: An organization or individual that provides a one-time service, resource, or financial contribution to a school and/or KIPP Memphis Public Schools during the school year.
