Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Must hold REALTOR® membership in the Paulding Board of REALTORS® from January 1st to December 31st of the qualifying period, and be a member of the Paulding Board of REALTORS® at the time of nomination.
Application Notes
All information must be submitted on this form. No other narratives, resumes, booklets, or documents will be submitted with this form. Please do not list duplicate items by listing in more than one category.

Entries received that do not adhere to the above criteria will be automatically eliminated. No exceptions will be made.

The Awards Committee will consider the applicant's total personality and lifestyle to ensure that the winner will be held up to the public as the 'best' of us. Nominees will be notified of their nomination and may be asked to attend an interview session if deemed necessary by the Awards Committee. The Committee reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from the REALTOR® submitting the nomination form and/or the nominee.
Achievements and Contributions
The Awards Committee will use the following criteria to select the REALTOR® of the Year. The Association's nominee for REALTOR® of the Year will then be submitted to the State Association's competition for REALTOR® of the Year.

»  Association Activity - Association offices and committee work, special assignments, seminar activity and educational work, membership and offices held in local Chapters of Institutes, etc.
» REALTOR® Spirit - High principles, faithfulness to regulations of the Code of Ethics and the local Association , and furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and general public.
»  Civic Community Activity - Local, state and national level participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political commissions, fraternal or religious groups, etc.
»  Business Accomplishments - Recognized good business conduct, service to clients, imaginative and creative advertising programs, rehabilitation work, land utilization, etc.
»  State Association Activity - Offices held and committee work, attendance and participation at State Conventions, Directors' meetings, educational conferences, etc.
»  National Association Activity - National offices held and committee work, membership and work in Institutes, attendance at National Conventions, etc.
» Past Accomplishments for the last 5 Years - Outline community service work and work related accomplishments
