VBS July 11-15, 2022 Camper Registration

This form is general registration for VBS campers grade k-5. Additional required Diocesan forms will be sent separately via email. Cost is $25 per camper which covers snacks, supplies, and a t-shirt for the week. You can make payments via cash on the first day, or check to St. Damien Parish w/ VBS in the note. Camp is held at the Parish Center (1337 Asbury Ave) from 9am-12pm M-F. Thank you so much, we can't wait to meet you or see you again!

I give permission for the staff of St. Damien Vacation Bible School to take photos of my child, and I am fully aware that these photos may be used in future promotional materials for vacation bible school, within the church bulletin, or posted on the St. Damien Parish private social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram/Promo purposes). Note: Names are not used or “tagged” in compliance with Diocesan policy.
