Please RSVP for the Paycheck Protection Program Pop Up Clinic by filling out this form. This Clinic will take place using Zoom. The only fields that are required to request participation in the presentation and general Q&A are name, email address and business location. If you would like to request an individual brief consultation, you must also indicate that below.
By Tuesday at noon we will reply to all participants we are able to accommodate with a Zoom link and instructions. Our capacity will be limited by time and by technological considerations, so we apologize in advance if we are not able to speak with you. If we are unable to accommodate you we will attempt to follow up with resource links as we are able.
