This form is for feedback on how well you and your project members are contributing to the project. It will be used to help address and avoid situations where workload is distributed unevenly among group members. We're asking for this feedback now (not after the course is done) so that any issues can be addressed before the semester is already over. 

Please try to be honest and fair in your assessment. These particular assessments will not be used to assign grades, only to address any issues.
