Hello current 6th and 7th graders! I hope you're excited about participating in theatre troupe next year!  The NAMS Theatre Troupe is planning to produce a small fall production, and then a spring musical next year.  The shows have not been chosen yet, as we need to see how many people are interested in participating first!  Whether you are interested in acting on stage, or being a part of one of our stage or tech crews, please fill out this form so you can be contacted about joining our troupe!

Our NAMS Theatre Troupe is an after school club, and will have various meeting times and dates throughout the year.  Next year, you will ALL be new to our NAMS troupe!  

Students will audition to join our club this July, and then additional auditions will take place to cast roles for each of our productions during the school year.  When you fill out this form, you will be added to the list of students who wish to be contacted about audition information in July to prepare for troupe auditions.  Once you are accepted into the troupe, you will be a part of our club for the school year, with the option to participate in all club activities.  (We usually go on at least one field trip and we will hopefully have some other fun activities planned as well!) If you play a fall or spring sport, you will have the option to opt-out of a corresponding production (for example, if you play football in the fall you may opt out of the fall play, but still participate in the spring musical).  Students who opt out of productions may still be invited to participate in club activities as long as their membership in the club is in good standing.  A NAMS Theatre Troupe handbook will be posted for all prospective auditionees :)

CREW APPLICANTS -- if you are interested in participating in stage crew, costume crew, tech crew, or front of house crew, please fill out this form.  You will be also be contacted in the fall about the application and acceptance process.  Crew members are Theatre Troupe members and will be able to participate in club activities!

International Thespian Society Junior Troupe Membership -- Our school is a part of the International Thespian Society and has a Junior Troupe in the organization.  This is an internationally recognized theatre organization, in which students become members by participating in at least 50 hours of quality work in theatre, and at least two productions during grades 6-8.  At least 30 of those hours must take place in the middle school. It is an honor to be inducted, and we will hold a formal induction ceremony each year for students who qualify!  Students will be invited to be inducted when they reach induction requirements.
