November 16 Nonprofit Wellness Check Application
Thursday, November 16, 1:30-4 PM
1:30-2:30 PM: Presentation on nonprofit wellness basics
2:30-4 PM: Private consultation with volunteers

Via Zoom video conferencing. You will be notified of your status soon and provided with a Zoom link closer to the event date. However, all organizations are welcome to attend the presentation from 1:30-2:30 PM, even if consultation slots are full.

Fee: $25 per organization upon acceptance. This fee supports Lawyers Clearinghouse, however if it is difficult to pay, you may forego paying it.

PLEASE NOTE: Consultation slots are very limited and confirmed organizations are paired with specific volunteers a week in advance. If you are confirmed for a consultation, you will be expected to attend on 11/16 or to notify us of cancelation as soon as possible so we can bring in an organization off the waitlist. 

You will also be asked to provide copies of the following documents to assess your eligibility for this program: Articles of Organization, Bylaws
