Adopt-A-Mom all started 10 years ago when my mom was extremely sick with Cancer. Sadly, we all new it would be her last after battling it for many years. This really made her favorite holiday tough for all of us. So, I did what she would do. I decided to do something for someone else. We now donate gifts to local moms along with Moms at Shelters and Ronald McDonald House in Syracuse.
We donate to moms because they are our unsung heroes in this world. Moms are the ones that make it all happen, no matter what. As moms all we want to do is make sure everyone else is taken care of with no thought of ourselves. Especially in times like we are living in now.
