A few of important notes:

- I am bringing a limited amount of books. This order form will ensure you receive the books you want!

- Please note that all books will be signed and personalized at the event. If you do not pick up your books on the day of the signing, you will receive an automatic refund within 2 business days.

- Prices are in USD. Your order must be paid via PayPal prior to the signing. If payment is not received, you will not receive your order.

- If you are ordering for someone else OR ordering personalized copies for more than one person, please place multiple orders so we can keep everything organized.
