When growing a business, it is a blending of three things: Your Personal Life, Your Business Life, and Your Family Life.

This self-assessment can be done solo or with your partner.  When it comes to a major change in your life, such as scaling a business, I have seen time and time again it all fall apart because of an over-focus on the business and neglecting the other aspects of one's life.

Feel free to fly solo but I highly recommend involving your partners (business and life) in this process by having them conduct this assessment as well.
