T.H.U.G Hippie (The Healing U Give)* creating safe spaces for shared experiences that promote individual healing and sustainable community building. Completely self contained THUG Hippie is a WHOLE VIBE of Arts and Wellness activities and on its own or can add our vibe to your existing event.

Visits START at $500 and increase according to length of visit, amount of activities, event and/ or expected amount of attendees.

Would your event be requiring, THUG Hippie, the mobile Multi-Cultural Arts & Wellness Center on wheels. If yes, there is a minimum of 2hrs & please make sure you have the proper space and clearances to get safely to the site. Keep in mind THUG Hippie is 31ft long, 12ft high and 8ft wide, thats the size of a CTA bus or an ummm school bus :-) *

Rope Together - T.H.U.G Hippie's signature community building program is a facilitated Double Dutch Workshop teaching you everything from the history and songs to, of course, how to jump. (2hr minimum)

One Love Drum Circle -- a gently guided opportunity for community connection and another chance to exercise some rhythm & confidence. (2hr minimum)

Yoga For Everybody - Your customized community friendly flo (30min - 90min)

Sing Your Own Blues - Learn how to sing your own story/ feelings in the tune of the Blues (2hr minimum)

AfroSoul Yoga West African Dance & Drum based MOVEMENT MEDITATION (30min - 2hrs)

Ballroom Basics - Learn the foundational steps of the most common social dances i.e. Waltz, Salsa, Cha-Cha, Swing, learn one or all its your call.

Frame of Mind - Decorate a picture frame multimedia style w/ materials to encourage your growth, "reframe your pain"™️, capture a memory, use your creativity to express your inner most thoughts/ feelings.

Life Badge Making - CELEBRATE YOUR LIFE! make your own personal "Brownie Badge", commemorate an event or memorialize a loved one.

"Sip" & Paint - Sip whats appropriate for your function while creating a small canvas work of art

Clothing Upcycle - Maybe its tie dye or remixing an old tshirt or zhoosh up some jeans...

Seasonal Project - Create art to recognize the season or holiday you honor.

Community Canvas - Pick from a variety of Canvas' and themes for your community to create together.

MOBILE-ize Community - Each participant will create their own piece of art to be assembled into a mobile

Piece Us Together - Together and individually your group will design a puzzle. I will share some ideas with you on wha tthatcould look like based on your event.
