"I certify that all of the above answers are true, to the best of my knowledge.  I will provide a small (maximum $100) security deposit  before I attend the first class. Deposit is FULLY refundable after attending 70+% of the classes, completing 70+% of the HW (including "test corrections"),  providing my official SAT scores, and  returning all loaned materials in good condition within 6 months of the last class that I attend.  I understand that space is LIMITED, and if I miss more than 2 consecutive classes, SDGSAT may replace me with another student.  SDGSAT will use all  forfeited deposits to buy books/materials for future students.  I agree to provide my official SAT scores after taking the test, and request a refund of my deposit no later than 12 months after my last class attendance. Lastly, I also understand that one of the purposes  of church is to share the good news of Jesus Christ, and  I may be asked to visit once with 2-3 adults (online via google meet) for approximately 45 minutes." *
