College Representative student host request
Please indicate below which visit you'd like to host. If more than one student signs up, two hosts will be allowed. Mrs. Clark will send a confirmation email to the first one or two students who sign up for a particular college. Preference will be given to seniors who are planning on applying to the college. Students who host at least two college rep visits can list this as one of their ten activities on the Common App.

Student hosts are responsible for:

1) Arriving in the South building lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled noon visit as their schedule allows to greet the admissions representative. If it's not possible to arrive early, please contact Mrs. Clark.

2) Giving the representative a gift (available in Mrs. Clark's office) and sharing a bit about the school with them (i.e., campus buildings, favorite classes, project/paper you're working on, why Trinity is unique, etc.)

3) Showing the representative to the HUB where they can set up their materials on a table. Talk with the rep until the bell rings at 12:10pm and students start arriving. Ask any questions you have about the college and their programs. Here's a helpful guide to give you some questions to ask and talking points.

4) You do not have to stay until 1pm but please stay until 12:30pm if possible. When you leave, be sure to tell the rep thank you and goodbye. If you plan to apply to this college you can share this with the rep if you haven't already done so.
