Summer Clinic Sign up 2019
If you plan on attending the summer clinic from August 7th thru September 11th, every Wednesday from 430-630, please fill out the following questionnaire. Location is at Rocky mountain high schools corner grass field off of Shields.

Who: Any high school aged player who is interested in trying girls lacrosse, beginner up to advanced
What: Skills and drills the first half of each session and small games the second half
Where: TBD
When: August 7th thru September11th , Wednesdays from 43O-630
Cost: $50 cash or check made out to FCUL
-Must have a USLacrosse membership to participate in any off season activities and is good for 1 year. This covers the player's insurance for all off season activities. (You will be asked to enter your membership # in this questionnaire). YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A US LACROSSE #)
Other: Please bring your stick, goggles, mouthguard, water bottle and athletic shoes for playing on grass.
