- Seminars are 1.5 hours long
- Seminar price is $250
Rough Outline of Presentation
- 20 minute pregnancy presentation with 10 minute Q & A session to follow
- 20 minute postpartum presentation with 10 minute Q & A session to follow
- 20 minute practical session where we put what we've learned to practice
- 10 minute final question, answer, and sharing session
Our presentation suits groups of any size. We just ask that you let us know how many you have in advance.
