As the Concessions Leader you’ll be responsible for:
• The purchase of concessions within the provided budget
• The preparation, delivery and set-up of concessions for the event
• Leading a team of volunteers throughout the event to ensure adequate concession availability
• Communicating updates prior and during the event to the BPS Dance Leads
• Lead the concessions clean-up process and facilitate any remaining product for donations to local shelters

As the Welcome Leader you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing a team over the check-in process
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for all attendees
• Partnering with the BPS Dance Leads on any issues throughout the event
• Ensuring the check-in table is staffed throughout the event to provide a safe exit process for students, guests and volunteers

As the Photo Flow Leader you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing the flow of a high volume of attendees from the photo booth to the dance (gym)
• Providing support to the photographer as needed
• Answering attendee questions throughout the process
• Partnering with the BPS Dance Leads on any issues throughout the event

As the Walk of Fame Leader you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing the flow of a high volume of attendees to autograph stars, place star and be photographed
• Providing support to the photographer as needed
• Answering attendee questions throughout the process
• Partnering with the BPS Dance Leads on any issues throughout the event
