During the Virginia Democratic Presidential Primary on March 3rd, only presidential candidates may credential inside poll observers. The Democratic Party of Virginia is helping campaigns recruit inside poll observers. We will provide each campaign a list of those volunteers interested in volunteering with them. Final determinations will be made by each campaign.
