Fall Market on September 11th at BoBrook
Event at BoBrook Farms in Roland, AR on Saturday September 11th from 11am-4pm in our covered outdoor event pavilion and in our open air lawn. This event is an opportunity to provide a variety of spring decor, unique gift ideas, clothing, accessories and much more .

Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is submitted. Booths are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by the event coordinator or venue. This event will happen rain or shine so if you choose a $20 uncovered spot you will need to provide your own tent.

Vendor fees are as follows and must be paid at the time of application:
$40 for a COVERED space under our patio or inside our open span barn (like it has been for past events)
$20  UNCOVERED spot in our lawn (new to this event)

Vendors are required to submit pictures of items for approval to bobrookfarmsevents@gmail.com IF you have not attended an event with us before. Tables will not be provided. Vendors must bring their own tables and any items needed for setup.

$40 fee for a 10x10 booth space under our covered patio. This fee does not include anything. Vendor must bring their own tables, chairs and additional items needed for booth.

$20  UNCOVERED spot in our lawn (new to this event). This is 10x10 space that you would be responsible for bringing your own tent (if you want) and you will be located in the lawn next to our patio but NOT under it. This fee does not include anything. Vendor must bring their own tables, chairs and additional items needed for booth.

Electricity will not be available for this event.

Once you fill out this form we will send over a paypal link IF we have a spot available for your business. We limit the number of vendors per business on a first come first serve basis once application and vendor fee have been received. Once both are completed your space will be confirmed. By just filling out this form does not confirm a spot.

Vendors will be allowed to set up from 9am-10:45am on Saturday to be setup and ready to go by 11am. Vendors are not allowed to break down early. Break down will begin at 4:01 p.m. Vendors must be out of the event venue by 5:30pm. *

Vendor space selection: I understand that if I choose a vendor spot that is not covered in the lawn and if the weather is bad I need to bring my own tent to cover my merchandise. If you choose to NOT attend the event due to weather or any other reason the vendor fee of $20 is non-refundable. We will also not be able to move any of these spots under cover either due to limited space. *

BoBrook Farms LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for any damage to vendors items. ******Exhibitor Spaces: An area of exhibitor spaces will be assigned. We have a limited number of vendors and the space is available on a first come first serve basis. When arriving to BoBrook Farms LLC you will drive through the main gate and follow the signs towards the wedding venue. Vendors will be set-up inside the venue. Spaces will be located inside the venue as well as under the covered patio. *****Acceptance: BoBrook Farms LLC reserves the right to decline any application for space.   *
