Glimpse into Zen is an introductory seminar that gives a basic taste and idea of what Zen is about. It includes actual zazen (sitting contemplation, which is the core of our practice) and question and answer sessions. The Glimpse seminar is an introductory forum that precedes and is a prerequisite for the Zen Orientation Workshop.​

Glimpse into Zen is meant to give participants a taste of what Zen practice is all about in the course of one afternoon. The seminar includes a question and answer forum and short periods of actual zazen (sitting meditation). For those who really wish to practice Zen, we have the six-session Zen Orientation Workshop.

The Glimpse into Zen seminar is a prerequisite for this workshop.

Participants are requested to come in loose, comfortable clothes and refrain from wearing shorts and shirts and blouses with loud colors and poster prints.

The Glimpse into Zen seminar is free of charge but any amount of donation is welcome.
