I know that biking and running for Triathlon is a potentially hazardous activity. I am medically able and properly trained to participate in this clinic. I assume all risks associated with the event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat/humidity, cold, or slippery conditions of the course. All such risks being known and appreciated by me, having read the waiver and knowing these facts, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the clinic director, volunteers, and sponsors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the event.
