*Late Payments:
Payments should be made
prior to contest day. All payments made on the day of the event will be considered LATE regardless of the date of your registration. Therefore, late fees will apply. Only cash, money order or debit/credit card payments will be accepted on the day of event. No checks.

You may make checks payable to “Bullard Twirlers.”
If mailing, please send registration fees by mail to: Bullard Twirlers c/o Jeri Coke, 12582 CR 1260 Bullard, TX 75757. Payments received via mail must be postmarked by April 14 and received before the day of contest to avoid a late fee.

How to Avoid a Late Fee: 1. Register on or before March 30. 2. Payment is sent and received prior to April 20.
Other Contest Information:
Food and drinks must please remain in designated areas. No food or drinks are allowed in the gymnasium, dressing rooms, band halls, auditorium, or choir rooms. Also, there is a “No Smoking” rule, which will be observed on all Bullard school property. Please wear only tennis shoes/jazz/dance shoes in the gymnasium. No Samoan Knives are allowed in the gym or dance studio.
