This is the sign up form to take the exam. Once you provide your information we will enroll you into the exam site in SUNY Plattsburgh's Brightspace system. You will get a confirmation email within 24 hours (not counting weekends). After that you will see the exam listed in your Brightspace home page and you can take the exam.
