Please note the following Article XIII stated in the SVA Constitution:
(1) Amendments to Constitution and Rules shall be made only at the Annual General Meeting of the Association.
(2) The proposed amendments to the Constitution and Rules shall be made in writing to the Honorary Secretary at least fourteen days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
(3) The proposed amendments shall be circulated to all members of the Association at least seven days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
(4) Any resolution proposing any amendment of the Constitution and Rules of the Association shall be null and void unless it has been passed by a two-third majority of the Ordinary Members attending that Annual General Meeting and voting on that resolution.
(5) No amendments shall take effect until such amendments have been approved by the Registrar of Societies.
