Thank you so much for volunteering at Augusta! We will use this form to figure out how to best distribute our volunteers and we will be back in touch to request your help with particular shifts.

Please note that we can't provide volunteers with housing or meals, only our undying love and gratitude, a ticket to the Augusta Block Party on July 29th, and an Augusta staff t-shirt (so long as we have shirts left to give).

Here are some of the duties we need help for. Can you please let us know what you are interested in helping with? Times are approximate. (Check all that apply)

ANYTHING YOU NEED HELP WITH! (we will check with you regarding availability)

Campus setup prior to Week 1 (setting up tents, moving chairs, etc.)

Daytime help for the Augusta Office Team during programming weeks (answering phones, running errands, helping with badges/buttons, etc.)

Daytime help for Augusta Logistics Team during programming weeks (moving chairs & tables, setting up & striking event spaces, filling water jugs, etc.)

Stuffing packets (the Thursday prior to each programming week)

Stuffing bedding bags (Thursday prior to each week and/or Sunday morning of check-in)

Helping with student/artist check-in (Sundays 2:00-6:00 pm)

Checking Badges/Selling tickets at the concerts (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8pm)

Instrument Check at the concerts (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8pm)

Checking Badges/Selling tickets at the dances (Dances happen on various nights each week. They start at 7:30 pm or later)

Helping with check-out/collection of dorm keys (Saturdays, 8-11am)

Helping spray paint vendor numbers for the Augusta Festival (1.5 hours: Friday, July 28)

Helping with set-up for the Augusta Festival (7am-10am, July 29)

Information booth at the Augusta Festival (two-hour shifts, 8 am - 5 pm), July 29)

Helping with the Kids Area at the Augusta Festival (two-hour shifts, July 29)

Helping with clean-up for the Augusta Festival (4pm-6pm, July 29)

Other miscellaneous Augusta Festival help (July 29)

Helping with campus cleanup after the summer programs (Monday, July 31)
