Missouri Book Festival 2024 Vendor Application

Submit an application to the Missouri Book Festival for review. All applications will be reviewed by the Missouri Book Festival Committee and will be approved based on the quality of the exhibit and relevance to the event. Limited space is available. 10x10 tents, tables, and chairs will be available for rent. The Festival is free and open to the public and will be held rain or shine.

Vendors will be required to operate their booth from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 14. Any vendors who have not arrived by 10 a.m. forfeit their space with no refunds available. All vendors must stay until 5 p.m.

All applications must be submitted by July 31, 2024. Approved vendors will be notified by August 5, 2024, and their vendor fees (including booth space, tent, table, and/or chair rental fees) must be paid upon approval.
