Description:
Are you interested in exploring collage? On Thursday, April 17th, Donna Aybar will give an overview of how to get started, including a review of common supplies required, then in the May 24th and 31st sessions, you will begin collaging with Carla Peccianti.
She will teach the various methods of making collage quilts that she has learned over the years. You will need to bring a small collage pattern from any artist or use a copy of a non-copyrighted coloring picture that you have enlarged to at least 11 x 17 inches. She has heard that Dover coloring books are not copyrighted and are a great source for designs.
After completing this class, you are welcome to drop in on the monthly Laura Heine method “support group” for additional support.
