Please complete the form below to request enrollment into graduate-level real estate courses (i.e. RE courses at the 500+ level). To be considered for enrollment, you must:

1) be a junior or senior with either a real estate major or minor declared
2) have taken the Intro to Real Estate (RE 250) class
3) have taken at least 9 additional credits of upper-division RE classes

Additionally, this enrollment is not for students who intend to pursue the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program at UW, as only up to 6 credits taken as an undergraduate student can count towards the program (and core undergrad courses already meet that limit).
