Greetings, parents!

This form will be used to gauge student attendance in the upcoming STAAR state assessment. Parents who have opted to have their child continue online learning at home, will have the choice of having their child take the assessment at school, or can remain at home. Students who have chosen to come to school, must attend to take the test. Please use this survey to inform us of  your choice.

Esta forma se utilizará para medir la asistencia de los estudiantes en la próxima evaluación estatal STAAR. Los padres que hayan optado por que sus hijos continúen aprendiendo en línea en casa, tendrán la opción de que sus hijos tomen el examen en la escuela o se queden en casa sin tomar el examen. Los estudiantes que hayan optado por venir a la escuela están obligados a asistir para realizar el examen. Utilice esta encuesta para informarnos de su elección.
