The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the operations and growth of UrbanUndercover and will work closely with the Founder and other Team Members to ensure effective and efficient internal operations.

SUCCESSFUL OFFICE MANAGERS SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
--Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing
--Attention for detail
--Some flexibility in scheduling and duties
--Somewhat of an understanding of retail
--Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
--Cheerful working attitude
--Ability to problems solve as needed
--Be willing to learn about UrbanUndercover as a brand, our product  and our mission
--Inventory management experience a plus
--Ability to consistently demonstrate credibility and integrity
--Friendly and engaging customer service skills
--Knowledge of or willingness to learn new technology for teams communicating
--Ability and openness to work through uncertainty (we’re still living in a pandemic and doing our best to pivot and be responsive to a changing environment)
--Collaborating with other team members to create a successful and fun working environment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
--Act as first point of contact for Founder & CEO: receive calls and postal mail, monitor emails, and ensure timely response and/or delegation to appropriate team member
--Be the first point of contact for Customer Service by answering emails, responding to reviews and handling customer needs.
--Manage Inventory, Quality Control and Shipping
--Process Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
--Assist in product production and packaging needs
--Work closely with CEO and Marketing Manager to maintain website inventory and product information
--Maintain filing and provide other administrative support and office management as needed
--Participate in weekly staff meetings
--Plan and make travel arrangements for other staff members as needed
--Helping prep store restocking and events inventory
--Other duties as assigned.
