Session #1 will spotlight the online collaboration between Makarim (Mac) and Gan in making the video essay CITIZEN. Mac is a British physicist turned tour guide, and a current resident of Tokyo. Both have only met online and not in-person due to the pandemic. The dialogue will also discuss the idea of global citizenship and the sense of being of and from a place.

All the Time I Pray To Buddha, I Keep on Killing Mosquitoes (ATIPB) is a video installation exhibition and 4 dialogue sessions by Malaysian multi-disciplinary artist Gan Siong King.
