Please use this form to select your meals every day. Our Online menu is currently unavailable. Please pick a station and we will put together a meal box for you. You may also call the office at 541.552.6042 and ask what is on the menu before filling out this form. You have the choice of an Entrée, 2 Sides, A Drink, & A Dessert. Our staff will pick a dessert based on the dietary info below.

***PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE FOOD DELIVERY DATE THAT YOU CHOOSE IN ORDER TO ENSURE PROPER MEAL DELIVERY***

Each day that you would like to receive a meal delivery, you must COMPLETE THIS FORM BY 7AM THAT DAY. Meal requests received after 7AM for a given day may not be fulfilled. Depending on which meals you order, meal deliveries will be made each day to your room as follows:

Weekdays
Breakfast: 7:00am-8:00am
Lunch: 11:00am-12:00pm
Dinner: 5:00pm-6:00pm

Weekends
Breakfast: 9:00am - 10:00am
Lunch: 11:00am - 12:00pm
Dinner: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

***MEALS ARE BASED ON NUMBER OF MEAL SWIPES/WEEK, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY***

ISOLATION MEAL DELIVERY: Any person who is required to isolate in Cox Hall is a candidate for Isolation Meal Delivery. A dining staff member will prepare your meal and deliver it to the Cox Hall kitchen. They will email you when it is on its way. Please make sure to wear a mask when picking it up.

QUARANTINE MEALS: Any person who is in quarantine in their dorm room is a candidate for Quarantine Meals. A dining staff member will prepare your meal and a university housing staff member will pick up the meal and drop it off at your room. They will knock, leave the food at your door, and then walk away. Please make sure to wear a mask when you open the door.
