Note: Please renew your JLTAV membership for 2024 through the JLTAV website before you register for the conference. If you register for the conference as a non-member, and then pay JLTAV membership, you will have to pay the non-member rate. No changes will be allowed.

To be eligible for early bird registration, payment must be received by Friday 16 February. Should early bird payment not be received by this date the JLTAV will send an invoice for the non-early bird rate.

• The JLTAV reserve the right to charge teachers for registering online to attend events and then failing to pay the registration fee

• The JLTAV reserves the right to alter the conference program in the event of session cancellations. Participants will be notified if their session is cancelled and given the opportunity to select another session.

JLTAV Refund and Cancellation Policy
An administration fee may be charged according to the following scale:
• Cancellations occurring three weeks before the date of the event will receive a refund minus a 20% administration fee
• Non-attendance or cancellations after this date will not be refunded due to confirmed charges for catering and venue hire

Colleagues from interstate are welcome to attend the conference, and those who are members of their state Japanese Language Teachers' Association can access JLTAV member registration rates. This includes members of JLTASA, JLTAWA, JTAN, JTNT, LTANT, MLTAQ, ACTJTN.
