2024 CHUM Preschool Registration Form
This form went live on January 22 at 8:00AM. Registrations were taken on a first come, first served basis.
All of my classes are now full EXCEPT the younger M/W Under Three class. I have a few spots for kids aged 18-23 months by September 30.
If you would like to be on the 2024-25 wait list, please email your child's name, birthday, parent name, email, and phone number to Jen at jstoner@camphillumc.org. I will contact you as soon as anything changes with enrollment. Sometimes it is into the summer until I know of changes. I keep the list for the entire school year and fill spaces as they become available.
