An important educational component of the festival is to give students the opportunity to hear other bands perform. As such, each band will be expected to attend three other band performances at the festival. Please select "Yes" if you understand and accept this component of the festival *

The Festival Participation Fee is $500 per band and will be due no later than December 15th. If payment is not received on or before December 15th, bands on our waiting list will be invited to fill the slot. How do you plan to make the payment? *
