2020 Science Fair Judge Registration

Please note: Registration also requires completing the school district's online volunteer application at www.bit.ly/ACPSapp

Alachua County Public School volunteer applications expire every year in June, so you will need to complete a new application for the 2020-2021 school year. The application runs a low level background check, which I don't have access to. Thank you for taking this step required by the state to ensure the safety of our students!

How to Register
1. Complete this registration form to judge at one or more schools.
2. Complete a Volunteer Application through the district's online application program, Raptor Technologies. Link to application: bit.ly/ACPSapp
3. Raptor will email you when your online Volunteer Application is approved. If you do NOT receive this message, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received an email, call Sammie at 352-955-7250 x 6413 to determine eligibility.
4. Once your registration and Volunteer Application have been approved and processed, confirmation packets containing contact information, science fair details, and maps will be emailed to you for each school your placement has been confirmed.

* You are only eligible to serve once you receive approval on your Volunteer Application.
**If you already have an approved online Volunteer Application on file for the 2020-2021 school year, you will NOT need to complete another one.
