Dealership Procedure
Thank you for your interest in the SVM dealership and service center. We will support you in your entrepreneurship journey with process, tools, technology, and products. However, it needs dedicated commitment to make it successful.
We expect that PRANA and its subsequent product line will enable continuous business for the dealership. And there are additional opportunities we think for the dealership to enable better service to the customers.
The store's setup needs a space of 500sq.ft to 800sq.ft in a good area with access to primary street. The vehicle PRANA is meant for people who care about Quality and Comfortable products. The store needs to reflect and serve the customer’s requirement.
The service area can be in the back side or in separate area with space of about 400sq.ft and space to safely store the serviced vehicle.
Mobile stores are going to play key role in creating brand visibility, therefore make sure to provide 2-4 demo platforms with 2 vehicles to demo the PRANA in the colleges, technical offices. These can be used to conduct roadshows.
Here are the detail costs of the store/dealership setup costs
Store setup – 7-10 lakhs
Service center setup – 3 lakhs
Demo van setup – 2.5 lakhs / demo platform with 1 vehicle. Inventory for stock – 10-20 vehicles – 22 lakhs to 40 lakhs
Demo vehicle – 2 lakhs
Security deposit – 10 lakhs
On average each store could sell about 40-100 vehicles/month. The revenue is directly proportionate to the sales volume.
