The Kalona Farmer's Market will be held on the 2nd & 4th SATURDAYS from 9 AM - 1 PM. The market will begin on May 11th and end on October 12th.

Which dates are you available to participate in the Farmer's Market? You must be fully available to sell from 9am - 1pm. Set up is from 8am - 9am.

You are encouraged to apply for all markets, however it is not required.

A minimum of 15 registered vendors are required to host a market. In the event that a market is canceled due to the minimum requirement not being met, vendor fees may be applied to another market date.

*If you are a full menu business, you must use a separate application for the Night Markets.*

Vendor Fees
Fees go directly towards marketing and advertising the Kalona Farmers Market. We want there to be a great turnout every week to increase your sales!

There are 3 available payment plans:
Season Pass (all 12 markets): ~$8.35 per market, $100 one time payment

4-Market Pass (4 markets or more): $10 per market, $40 minimum one time payment
The 4-Market Pass can be applied to any markets. The markets do NOT need to be consecutive or in the same month.

Weekly Pass (1 at a time): $20 per market

Special Weekly Pass for Produce & Cottage Food Vendors* (1 at a time): $10 per market
*In order to qualify, 75% of all products must be food or produce. This pass excludes full menu vendors.


Vendor fees will be collected prior to your first market.
You can pay via cash or check. Checks can be made out to: Kalona Area Chamber of Commerce.
