The Advisory Support for Agricultural and Horticultural Science in Schools project has successfully received funding to establish an Agricultural and Horticultural Science Advisory Team. Funding has been provided by the Ministry of Primary Industries and St Paul's Collegiate School with support from HATA and the Ministry of Education.

This project will deliver assistance and support for new and established schools and teachers, and quality professional development for teachers and kaiako, across all levels, including during the rollout of the Agricultural and Horticultural Science NCEA Change Programme.

As part of the project, Regional Hubs will be established with coordinators, along with resource writers.  These will provide access to support and professional development for Agricultural and Horticultural Science teachers across the country.
