Pre-Enrollment for students entering during the 2021-2022 school year. This is only PRE-Enrollment to help us prepare for the upcoming year.  You will still be required to enroll your child on enrollment days TBA in August.  

Students entering into PreK must be 4 years of age before Sept , 2021.   Union City PreK availability is based on First Enrolled with all documents turned into office, residence, and then transfers.  PreK space is NOT guaranteed.

Documents can be dropped off at the Main Entrance of the Elementary building, Emailed to j.dempsey@unioncity.k12.ok.us or faxed to 405-483-5389  

Documents needed include *Birth Certificate, *Up to date Shot Record, *Proof of Residency.
