I'm ready to ask for help. After a few weeks of networking, researching, courses, and development, let's build some teams of founding members to make decisions and put the words into action.

If you can help over the coming weeks and months, please sign up for a working group. I believe that we should spread the work amongst a team of volunteers. I do not want the association to rely on a few people but empower many of you to join is creating a legacy for our industry.

I ask that you identify with one key working group and provide your availability. You don't have to do them all. You can choose one. Many of these working groups will need to communicate with each other, and that's work I hope to help bridge and ensure access to documents when needed.
