Undergraduate student affiliates are invited to participate in an interactive workshop this summer using OpenMind, a platform designed to distill rigorous behavioral science research into engaging, practical, and actionable insights. Students will learn methods to think more rationally, cultivate intellectual humility, and master having difficult conversations across lines of difference.
The program consists of eight lessons, each with new concepts and skills, that students will complete individually and on their own time. Each week, after completing the lessons, students will be paired up for online peer-to-peer conversations where they will discuss what they learned in more depth and practice applying the skills they learned.
The workshop will run for four weeks, starting the week of July 12. Students should expect to dedicate roughly two hours per week to the online lessons and conversations.
Please note that this workshop is only available to HxA undergraduate student affiliates. To save a spot in this workshop, please complete this form by Friday, June 25 .
