For the health and safety of participants and facilitators of this activity in this era of Covid-19, you are NOT to attend if any of the following criteria applies to you:

• If you present with symptoms of Covid-19 such as fever, cough, a sore or scratchy throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell, loss of taste or any other symptoms related to the virus
• If you are required to self-isolate due to having been in contact with a person diagnosed with Covid-19 in the 14 days prior to the activity
• If you are required to self-isolate due to being an overseas return traveler, or having been in a declared hotspot anywhere in Australia in the 14 days prior to the activity
• If you are awaiting a Covid-19 test result

These screening questions will be asked of each participant and facilitator as they arrive at the activity. Should a person have any of these criteria apply to them at the time of arrival, they will not be allowed admission.

Should this criteria not apply on the day of the activity, we welcome and require all attendees to adhere to the following health measures:

• Sign in with your name and contact details and truthfully answer the Covid screening questions upon entry
• Maintain hand hygiene and coughing/sneezing etiquette. Hand sanitiser, soap and water will be available for use
• Maintain a physical distance of 1.5 meters
• Please refer to current advice regarding the maximum number of singers and wind players at one time and in one space, as well as distancing. Wind and brass players must use a perspex screen. If a perspex screen is not available or the wind/brass player cannot provide their own, then wind/brass instruments are not permitted
• Wipe down used surfaces and equipment with the isoprop alcohol spray provided
• We strongly encourage the proper use of masks

A note for those who are vulnerable to the virus: while we take every care possible to maintain a Covid safe environment, there is still a risk of transmission. Those who are vulnerable and choose to participate must be aware that they are participating at their own risk.

Due to the ever changing nature of circumstances, the activity may be cancelled at short notice. If this is the case, you will be notified by email or a phone call that the activity will not be taking place.
