UTUUC Chalice Table Reservation Request

Thank you for contributing to our worship experience. We welcome floral arrangements or other decorations such as objects from nature or spiritual symbols to be included on our Chalice Table during worship on Sunday mornings. Please refrain from political/campaign related objects as they will be removed. To reserve a date, please fill out the form below. We will do our best to accommodate your first choice as indicated below.

Donations must arrive by 9:30 on Sunday morning. Doors open at Unity Temple at 9:00.
