Class Cancellation - School Year 2024-2025
As stated in our studio policies, a written notice, submitted online through SSPAC's Document Center, is required to cancel a class. In order to stop further tuition obligations for the session (beginning with the month after this notice is received), this form must be completed and submitted electronically before the 1st calendar day (not the first class meeting) of the month you want to withdraw, except for cancellations for the month of January 2025. The Account Holder is responsible for tuition payments, account charges and late fees incurred through the last day of the month a dancer is registered in a class regardless of attendance. Cancellation for January 2025 must be received by Sat. Dec. 21, 2024 at 2pm to be effective for January 2025. If recital cancellation form is not completed in person at the studio by Sat. Dec. 21, 2024 at 1:30pm, class cancellation will NOT remove recital fees or costume fees for cancelled class. Recital costumes for cancelled class can be picked up from SSPAC during Costume Week or after Recital 2025.
WE WILL NEED A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH DANCER AND EACH CLASS CANCELLED
