COVID-19, also known as the novel coronavirus, has become a global pandemic. Schools have closed and moved online, tens of thousands have lost their jobs, health care professionals are working around the clock, and statewide stay at home orders keep many individuals and families isolated.
History is being made and Marshall University Archives and Special Collection is collecting journal and diary entries, letters, and similar materials in digital and physical formats to document the experience of West Virginians impacted by the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19. Your story will contribute to the broader history of West Virginia during this turbulent time.
